The first and so far only micro-brewed soy sauce Tomasu in Europe is made by the gentlemen of Tomasu. Grown in the Hoeksche Waard and brewed in Rotterdam. Since 2015. Each soy sauce is handmade in Rotterdam, the Netherlands with locally grown ingredients from our own fields. Tomasu Soy Sauce is fermented and aged for at least 24 months in 25- to 50-year-old whisky barrels. We have been fans from the very beginning and love this high-quality soy sauce immensely.
