Light the patio stove with pizza oven and prepare the tastiest pizzas yourself

What do you need?

Mix for pizza dough
1 ball of mozzarella
Handful of rocket lettuce
Fresh oregano
Clove of fresh garlic
Vjgen date vinegar
Olive oil

You can of course expand this easy and simple pizza with tomato sauce, olives, mushrooms or extra cheese, for example! But pure and simple as it is, it is also very tasty! And of course you can make your own pizza base, but we went for a ready-made one from the supermarket. Shhh ;)

Preparation:

Coat the pizza base with a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic and dried oregano
Bake the pizza for 5 minutes in the pizza oven!
Remove the pizza from the oven with a pizza scoop and top with prosciutto and strips of mozzarella about 1 cm thick
TIP: If you leave the mozzarella pieces too big, the mozzarella will become very wet. If you make the pieces too small, the mozzarella will dry out and become dry. If you cut the mozzarella to the size of potato chips, they will be just right for a pizza!
Put the pizza back in the pizza oven and bake until the pizza is browned
ls the pizza ready, remove it from the oven and finish with rocket, olive oil, pepper and a good splash of fig-drop vinegar. Enjoy!
