Note:
The enamelled rim has undergone heat treatment to give a bronze-like patina finish.
Both the board surface and edge can be stripped of their unique colour by acidic foods, such as lemon, and some harsh detergents.
Hand wash
Use a gentle, natural cleanser.
Soak in warm soapy water to remove burned-on food.
Gently wipe away the residue.
Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this can scratch the surface.
