Sprinkle the Habibi veggie topping over your cauliflower, leeks, carrots, peppers or other vegetables along with a dash of oil.
Then put them in a preheated 200-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Turn them over halfway through.
Variation tip:
Mix spice mixes with oil and drizzle over asparagus, tomatoes or aubergines from the BBQ or serve as a dip with raw vegetables.
