Chef Jeroen van Werven works for a diversity of clients from his company JvW Culinary Concepts. In more than 20 years, he has built up experience in almost all facets of the catering industry. Among others, almost 15 years as owner of his own Restaurant Look food & drink in Arnhem. In all that time, he developed his own style of cooking and business.

For Jeroen van Werven, cooking with the Outdooroven is a different experience from cooking in a restaurant kitchen. Werven: "You have to get to know each tool well to work with it. You have to be able to rely on it. With this oven, that's easy. You see what you get, the heat is well distributed, it heats up quickly... It's very direct cooking. Basic. An oven with spirit."
