What do you need for these Organic Beef Burgers with Grilled Vegetables?
For two people:
BBQ Outdoor cooking stove VUUR LAB. (We cooked with the XL this time)
Coconut briquettes and kindling woks
Olive oil + brush
Skewer for the mushrooms
Organic Beefburgers (Albert Heijn)
Chestnut mushrooms
Red onion
Red sweet pointed pepper

Preparation
Start by placing the briquette grid in place in the BBQ outdoor cooking stove.
Fill the BBQ starter with the coconut briquettes and kindling and wait about 20 minutes until it is ready to start the BBQ.
Pour the BBQ starter empty on the briquette grid, then place the grill grid in the BBQ outdoor cooking stove.
Using the brush, spread some olive oil on the grill rack and give the Organic Beef Burgers their place.
Keep an eye on the Organic Beef Burgers and turn them every so often with the BBQ spatula. Also put the grill pan on the grill rack.
Cut the pepper and red onion into flat quadrangular pieces, then place in the grill pan along with the bimi.
Place the bimi on the grill rack and keep a close eye on it.
Place the mushrooms on a skewer, smear some oil over them with the brush and place on the grill rack with them.
Keep a bit of an eye on everything and cook with feeling. See what happens and when it feels right you can eat delicious food!
