Put the BBQ outside, cook stove on and fry the tastiest Black Angus Burgers on the griddle with a red onion and a tasty Kesbeke burger sauce with gherkin! You can make everyone happy with this recipe.
We made this recipe for four people.

What do you need for these delicious Black Angus Burgers?
Four people:
4 Black Angus Burgers
4 Hamburger buns (with sesame seeds)
2 Sliced red onions
Olive oil for baking
Wood to fire the stove with, or (coconut) briquettes
Preparation
Light the BBQ outdoor cooking stove and wait about 20 minutes until you have a nice fire with coals.
Put the griddle on the outdoor cooking stove
Add a dash of olive oil on and wait until the olive oil is hot
Place the Black Angus Hamburgers on the griddle
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Let the burgers fry for a while and turn them over after about 2 minutes
Place the sliced red onion also on the baking tray and add another dash of olive oil and some salt and pepper. Stir the onions nicely and fry until tender all around.
After about 3 minutes, flip the burgers again (be careful not to overcook, you're cooking with real fire!).
Remove everything from the plate and bake the hamburger buns on the griddle for a little longer so they are slightly crispy
Top the burger buns with a spoonful of sauce, then a spoonful of fried red onions and bit of iceberg lettuce, place the burger on top and repeat the sauce, onions and lettuce.
Serve on a nice sign!
