Autumnal traybake with pumpkin and chicken in the oven dish
Preparation
Insert the Outdoor oven on. Make sure the oven reaches a temperature of around 180 degrees.
Grease the Oven Dish in with olive oil or cover with baking paper.
Cut the carrot and pumpkin into large pieces. Cut the onions into eight segments. Break up the garlic into several cloves, but do not peel.
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey together in a mug or bowl.
Place the chicken along with the vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with the oil mix. Rub everything with the mix. Then place in the Oven DIsh and divide fairly.
Season with plenty of salt and pepper and sprinkle with the sage.
Place the Oven Dish in the Outdoor oven and let everything roast for about 60 minutes. The dish is ready when the chicken turns golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
Enjoy your autumn meal!
