Preparation

How to make this delicious Habibi Pumpkin?

Light the VUUR LAB. BBQ Outdoor cooking stove and let the temperature reach about 200 degrees.
Cut the organic pumpkin into slices about 1.5 to 2 cm thick
Place the pumpkin in a bowl and sprinkle with the habibi veggie herbs and drizzle some olive oil on top. Mix the herbs with the oil over the pumpkin.
Open the fish grill and place the pumpkin slices between them
Place the fish grill with the pumpkin on the hot grill rack, keep the temperature in the BBQ outdoor cooking stove around 200 degrees
Roast until the squash is nicely soft and has a caramelised brown colour.
