What do you need for this warm pear with gorgonzola?
Ingredients for two people:
1 ripe pear
Honey
Pecans
Gorgonzola
Tools

Preparation
Place the VUUR LAB.® BBQ outdoor cooking stove with grill grill in a sturdy spot in the garden
Light the BBQ coal starters, place a few kindling wicks on the briquette grate and light them. Fill the coal starters with coconut briquettes and wait about 20-25 minutes until the coals are glowing. Then pour them empty over the briquette grid.
Put the grill rose on the BBQ outside cooking stove so it can warm up beforehand
Cut the pear in half and remove the core
Put a little honey on the pear in the hollow where the core was
Top with a generous tablespoon of gorgonzola
Place the stuffed pears on the smoking board
Place the smoking boards on the grill rack
Cover with a lid/baking tray
Smoke about 20 minutes
Finally, chop some pecans and sprinkle them over the dish.
