This is a fun and easy recipe for anyone who loves to bake! Easy to prepare with a pizza stone on the VUUR LAB. BBQ Outdoor cooking stove or in the oven.

What do you need for this recipe?
For four people (two love letters per person)
8 slices of puff pastry
Strawberry jam
Cutting board
Fork
Spoon
BBQ outdoor cooking stove with grill grid, pizza stone and baking tray
Coconut briquettes, BBQ starter kindling and matches or a lighter
Enjoy!
Preparation
Put the BBQ outdoor cooking stove in a sturdy place
Fill the BBQ starter with coconut briquettes and light it
When the coconut briquettes are flame red (after about 20 minutes) place them on the briquette grid
Place the grill grid in the outdoor cooking stove and place the pizza stone on top
Remove the puff pastry slices from the packet, place them on a plate
Cut a small heart out of the puff pastry and put a tablespoon of strawberry jam on the other side of the puff pastry, fold in half and press along the edges with a fork to seal the sides. Finally, carefully cut a thin line on two sides, this will complete the love letter envelope
Bake the love letters for 20 minutes on the pizza stone
Sprinkle with some icing sugar
