Flavour the cod with olive oil with garlic, pepper and salt. Be careful not to add too much salt, as breakfast bacon is very salty by itself. Next, wrap the cod in the breakfast bacon.

Preparation
Place the briquette grate in the BBQ outdoor cooking stove.
Fill the BBQ starter with coals, briquettes and kindling and wait about 20 minutes until it is ready to start the BBQ.

Place the smoking boards on the grill of your outdoor cooking stove and let the aroma of the smoking board are released. Be careful that the smoke boards do not catch fire!

Wrap the cod in slices of breakfast bacon
Place the cod with breakfast bacon on the toasted smoking boards and then place it on the cooking stove.
