You can choose from a variety of wood species, such as: Western Red Cedar, beech wood or cherry wood. In addition, the smoking boards are also available in different sizes.
How to use a Cedar BBQ smoking board?
Cedar smoking boards are used for barbecue dishes that have a relatively short cooking time.
Before putting the dish to be prepared on the smoking board, grill the side on which you are going to prepare the dish on the barbecue (this is the side with the VUUR LAB.® logo.) Then place your fish, meat or vegetables on the smoking board and place it on the bap plate, grill rack or plancha, for example.
You can use the smoking boards several times. Always clean them with hot water and a hard brush after use.
