Then this warm camembert with nuts, honey and grapes is a delicious dish.

What do you need?

This dish is easy to prepare and great for Winter BBQ!

(for 4 persons)

1 Camembert cheese
Handful of fresh grapes
Handful of mixed unsalted nuts, e.g. a mix of: cashews, pecans and macadamia nuts
Organic honey
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
A piece of aluminium foil
Knife
kindling woks and briquettes
Baking camembert on cast iron pan VUUR LAB. BBQ Outdoor cooking stove

Preparation

Light the BBQ Outdoor cooking stove, this time we used coconut briquettes to cook with. For this, first start up with the BBQ Starter. Light the BBQ Starter, to start the fire you can use a BBQ fan 
Place the briquette grid in the VUUR LAB. BBQ Outdoor cooking stove, on top of which the glowing coconut briquettes will be placed
Now place the grill grid on the cooking stove
Take the Cast Iron grill pan and place a piece of aluminium foil on top of it
Place the camembert on the foil and prepare it in advance Cut the grapes in half, and divide them over the camembert
Sprinkle a handful of nuts on top
Finally, put the Organic honey on top as a topping!
Place the cast iron pan with the camembert on the grill rack and cover with the griddle
Wait about 8-10 minutes, then your dish is ready!
Stick in the rosemary sprigs and put the steaming camembert cheese on the table!
Tip: Serve with toast
