Fragrant herbs often contain a lot of essential oils and are very suitable to use as smoking bundles also called smudges.

A smudge stick is a bundle of dried herbs tightly bound together by a natural material or rope such as hemp or cotton. You burn the dried bundle and disperse the smoke with a smudge spring.
Smudge sticks or too "bundles of herbs" or loose herbs have been used for centuries to burn, during rituals, to cleanse homes and spaces, to celebrate, against pests and diseases, in meditation or to empower blessings. You will learn all about it this day! And take home beautiful bundles of herbs.
